FOR SHAME! Conkers demands to know what the hooman has been up to while NOT updating the blog.
I know I know I know sorrysorrysorry…things have been crazy here as usual, but I’ve also been busy camping/getting sunpoisoning (not fun!) and on TUESDAY I am moving to San Francisco for school. AHHHH!! I am so excited! And only a liiitttle terrified….hahah
So, I don’t know what kind of internet access I’ll have while I’m out there trying to find a place – everything is kind of on hold for now – but here’s what I’ve been working on lately. Enjoy!
Oh and if you haven’t seen it yet – check out LILBun’s new makeover! I’m so happy I got it done before school, it needed to be done and it sooo would not have happened if I tried to do it during the semester. Nu uh!

Brianna’s bunnies…she wanted a more realistic look for them. Same style as I used for Hoppe’s Harlequins – I kinda like it. It’s a nice happy medium between cartoony and realistic.

Just need to match the outlines on this one now. Themed logos are wayyy too much fun. See the matching website in progress below!

Elizabeth’s gerbil…first of four drafts, isn’t he cute? I just need to make the ears a bit smaller. I love gerbils, I had 6 of them while I was in high school. Funny story, I started off with 2 gerbils (both female) but the older one that I was told not to buy because she was “too old” turned out to be pregnant. Gerbil math. 1 + 1 = 5. She only had 2 survivors (1 + 1 = 4) but gerbils are social and need to live in pairs or groups. Now I had an odd number and 1 was male. AND sometimes they don’t get along in large groups….go figure, the 3 females were scuffling so I had to separate them out into pairs also. + 1 friend for the male, +1 friend for the female = 6 gerbils. I miss them dearly! They are long gone as they have a very short lifespan which is probably the hardest part about having rodents as pets. It’s kinda heartbreaking that they only live a few years…

My Gerbs. Lily, Boo, Spork, Stubby, Pippin and Arwen.

KN Rabbitry’s spiffy new business card.

Laurie’s flower buns…check out Hoppe’s Harlequins new website to see the new header art and flower bunnies (at the bottom of the pages) in all their glory. Laurie did a fantastic job on the website and I just love how she integrated the graphics into it.

Here is Laurie’s pedigree logo finished as well – her rabbitry name will go across the rock.

Some cavy design drafts….I am going to be doing some designs for Linda at Heatherdale Stitchery and if it goes well we may start working together to offer embroidered LILBun designs! We started off trying some show posed Cavies, but since photographs are a much easier and more suitable alternative for stacked photo designs, we decided to go with some more whimsical poses for the cavy designs (they aren’t done yet). Piggies are so funny that it just seems right to have them being goofballs. I had 3 pigs in high school as well…don’t get me started again!

Blue Sapphire’s logo done and looking adorable! More vienna marked goodness below, Maria had a nursery graphic done as well.

Ooohhh so cute….I loooove vienna marks!

Mary’s draft – a Breast Cancer awareness bunny, awww. She went with the one on the right which was my favorite too. This is going to go on a t-shirt for a Breast Cancer support walk in California – the Golden Gate Bridge is going to be added to the background.

Wroyal Reign’s Lop sided draft – Rachelle came up with this adorable idea. I can’t wait to get to work on this one again! Heheh – look at the little guy on the left getting all squished and miffed.

Robin’s bunnies all done – I loved the little Lionhead’s tude so much I had to put him on the front page slideshow.
And last but not least, check out the new designs I’ve been adding to Wabbitwear. I have a few more that need to be added, and even more that are in progress, so look out for those as soon as I get settled in in SF! Here are a few of my favorites:
Alright, back to packing – there will probably be a lack of blog posts for the next couple weeks due to the move, sowry.
